Many small companies run on a few mailboxes, files spread across personal drives and a setup someone made years ago. It works until someone leaves or a mailbox gets taken over. I put it in order, write it down so your own people can run it, and stay available if you want me to.
Booking runs on Google Calendar, which collects your name and email address to confirm the call.

What the setup covers
- Mail and accounts on your own domain, in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with two-step sign-in for everyone and admin rights only where they are needed.
- One shared folder structure that follows how your business actually works. Existing files are moved and checked, so nothing gets lost on the way.
- Backups, devices, and a clear routine for people joining and leaving.
- Automation for repetitive office work, such as filing invoices and attachments, using AI tools that run on your own subscription.

After the setup
If you want, I stay on for a fixed number of hours a month for new staff, changes and questions, plus a quarterly check of who has access to what. One month's notice ends it.
How I work
I work remotely. You own every account and subscription from the first day, and I use only the access a task needs. A written data processing agreement sets out what I may see and keep. Setups cost from 3,000 EUR, and the price is fixed and agreed in writing before work starts.
About me
I have worked in IT for 15 years. For the last six I led IT operations at an international security software company, with a team of seven supporting about 350 people in 18 countries, and I took part in the annual ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II audits. Users consistently rated our IT support highly over more than five years.
